This wiki is intended as a main resource for "all" material developed to or for, by, with or from WSPC
Sponsors messages and audio to include in shows
In it are such things as:
the "Station Manual", (Guidelines and Legal Obligations)
the "Operations Manual" (How to's on projet/event management, running cables, boards. equipment and the lot.)
the "Station Log" (Guidelines, access to recordings and breakdown of everything that happens 'on-air')
the "Personality Roster" ('on-air' and 'off-air' talent bios)
the "Show Roster" (Topics)
the "Specials" (one off show [usually event coverage])
the "Grid" (shows by day and time on a weekly [7 day] rotation) <- not sure if this is necessary because of the calendar on this page.
the "PSA" (will list them all alphabetically and give by effective date and expiry date)
the "Promos" (will list them all alphabetically and give by effective date and expiry date)
the "T-Shirt Ideas"
the "News" (WSPC News Dept.)
Parody Songs
Killing the Radio
Help Page
WSPC: Unplugged
There can be a space for OddsAndEnds and BrokenNews
RunningNotes is where you can put in what you intend to do, like:
connect to (a website)
leave program (so and so) running,
from when yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm)
till when (yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm)
I didn't know where exactly to put this, so I made a page for it. Misc Stuff. (This can be removed, altered, what have you if someone can find a place for it.)
The Community Service page is now up. We need volunteers so that we can keep our budget!
Having the programs prerecorded is not a problem. (Its the fate of more and more stations these days,)
But DO IT PROPERLY!
The Overall calendar
Notes on using the calendar:
put descriptive "key words" for the event,
the date and time an event is
scheduled to start,
scheduled to end,
if it repeats, (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. check out the options,)
links to a descriptive page where the event is be properly described, scheduled and where follow on is described.
DO NOT BE LAZY and put on a single line which wouldn't mean a thing to anyone else but you.
Its a communication tool, COMMUNICATION being the key concept here.
